PETER PULFORD graduated with a degree in engineering but decided to convert to become a Chartered Surveyor and joined Charville in 2006 and spent a year learning the trade. Joined Gerald Eve then returned between 2010 and 2011. GRAEME DAVIS of accountants Graeme Bruce & Partners approached us in 1997 and offered to prepare our accounts at a discount. We were technically insolvent but he ploughed on and since then has been our financial director for 25 years. Not a decision is taken without his input and we would not be where we are today without his unswerving support and counsel.

STEPHEN NEWSON of Michelmores our solicitors came to Wharfside in October 2014 and made a pitch for our business by offering to do lease renewals for £1,000! We took them on and then Stephen handled a highly complicated sale of both shopping centres without any background knowledge which successfully completed after a manic six week period in January 2015. Has handled all our legal work since with fantastic response times.

LAURA PULFORD helped with admin duties whilst on leave from Bath University. Sadly passed away in 2016 and will be forever missed.

POLLY PULFORD worked during two summer recesses at Bath University in 2006 and 2007. Mainly admin duties but particularly catching up with all the filing!
